  1. The Dick Clark Caravan of Stars Fall Edition 1959 (First National Tour), according to the cover of the program book was a co-venture with Dick Clark and Irvin Feld. Feld promoted the Biggest Show of Stars Tours. The program lists in show order, M.C. Arnold Dover (not Arthur Dover), The Drifters, The Jordan Brothers, Phil Phillips, The Skyliners, Bobby Rydell, La Vern Baker, Duane Eddy, Intermission, Jimmy Clanton, Annette, The Coasters, Paul Anka and Lloyd Price. These are the spellings as they are listed (not Irving). It also cautions .that the program is subject to change without notice. I attended this concert in Rochester, New York at the Community War Memorial, a local venue. I'm sorry, I don't have the date off hand. Another note, it is Dodie Stevens, not Dody Stevens.
These comments and additions are not meant to be critical. This is a great site and you have done a fantastic job. A lot of work went into it and I love it. I know I have other things to add and shall do so if that is ok.

  2. When things appear in red, does that always mean that that show was cancelled or that you are unsure if that date is accurate?

  3. Yes, the red color means that it was cancelled. I appreciate your info on the Rochester date and I'll try to confirm it.
